We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team in the following roles:
1) Sales Team Leader
We’re looking for a driven Sales Team Leader to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a sales team promoting high-speed internet packages from Malaysia’s top telcos.
As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll be the key player in recruiting, training, and motivating agents, while ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. If you’re confident, people-oriented, and passionate about driving results, we want to hear from you!
Salary: RM2,000–RM3,000 Basic + Allowance + Incentives
Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Rotational) | 8 Hours/Day | Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and guide new sales agents/partners.
- Lead the team for on-ground activities, roadshows and booth operations.
- Motivate, support, and train agents to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales growth through team performance.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing activations.
- Provide progress reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree preferred (SPM with strong experience considered).
- Prior sales & recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and target-driven.
- Able to work weekends/public holidays if required (rotational).
- Own transport preferred.
2) On-Ground Sales Executive
We’re looking for energetic and passionate On-Ground Sales Executives to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand — promoting high-speed internet & WiFi packages from Malaysia’s top telcos.

Salary: RM1,800 + High Commission (RM3,000–RM5,000/month avg)
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO & EIS included
Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Rotational) | 8 Hours/Day | Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Promote internet & WiFi packages at roadshows, booths & events.
- Engage with walk-in customers and assist with registration.
- Set up promotional displays, distribute flyers, do mail drop & door-to-door if needed.
- Follow up leads and support customers through sign-up & installation.
- Work with team leader to hit sales target.
- Submit daily updates.
Requirements:
- SPM & above.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident.
- Able to work weekends & public holidays (rotational).
- Own transport preferred.
- Able to start immediately.
